Ingredients of Cashew Nut Butter

  • 450 gm cashews-roasted
  • kosher salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil

Step 1 Roast the cashews To make this quick cashew nut butter at home you can either dry-roast the cashews in a pan or spread them in a baking tray and roast them till they turn golden in colour.

Step 2 Blend the cashew nuts and coconut oil Take a blender, add in the roasted cashews and grin them. Once the cashews are crushed. Add melted coconut oil along with kosher salt and blend it till it turns into a smooth mixture.
